The PL-A544 uses FireWire (IEEE 1394) to capture and convert analog video signals from a variety of NTSC/PAL sources, including industrial video cameras, camcorders and medical video devices. The video is converted to the common YCrCb format for display on your computer monitor or for image capture to file.
